Nearly eight years ago, while searching for online work, I fell victim to a job scam and lost money I had spent months saving. Instead of giving up, I decided to understand how the online business world really worked.
That journey led me to Amazon and the e-commerce industry. I spent the next year learning, practicing, and working on projects — often for free — to build real expertise. As my freelance career grew, I noticed a recurring problem in the agency world: founders would make big promises, but once a client signed, their projects were handed off to inexperienced teams with little oversight.
I knew there had to be a better way.
In 2019, I founded Skill Zone with one simple principle: clients should always know who's responsible for their growth. Every project receives direct oversight, every client has transparent communication, and quality is never outsourced to chance.
What began as a one-person operation has grown into a global team of 24 professionals. We've had the privilege of working with more than 60 brands, helping businesses launch, scale, and grow across e-commerce marketplaces worldwide.
