Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma for collaborative design work, and Canva Pro for client-editable templates where needed. We deliver final assets in editable source files plus print-ready and web-ready exports across all formats.
How many revisions are included?
Starter includes 2 revision rounds. Platinum includes 4. Elite is unlimited during the design phase. Major creative direction changes after concept approval are quoted as additional rounds so timelines and budgets stay predictable.
Do I own the design files and IP?
Yes. You own 100% of the final design files, source files, copyright and intellectual property. We hand over editable Adobe and Figma files, all assets in multiple formats, brand guidelines and any custom typography licences purchased on your behalf.
What is the typical turnaround?
Starter kits: 7-10 business days. Platinum growth kits: 2-3 weeks. Elite complete brand systems with motion graphics: 3-4 weeks. Timelines assume timely client feedback during concept and revision rounds — slow responses are the most common cause of project delays.
Can you design packaging for Amazon products?
Yes. Packaging design is included in all tiers — Starter 1 design, Platinum 3, Elite 3+. We design for both physical packaging (boxes, pouches, labels, dielines for print production) and Amazon main image optimization where packaging features prominently in the listing.
Do you provide motion graphics or animations?
Elite includes one 35-40 second motion graphic reel. For larger motion graphics or video content libraries, our Video & Motion Graphics service offers dedicated packages with multiple videos, scripting, voiceover and platform-specific exports.
What if I just need ongoing graphic design support?
For ongoing post-launch design needs (social posts, ad creatives, email graphics), our Social Media Marketing service includes regular monthly design output. Brand identity projects are best handled as one-time fixed scopes so the foundational system gets full creative attention.
Do you work with existing brand assets?
Yes. If you have existing logos, colour palettes or brand guidelines, we extend the system rather than rebuild from scratch — adding new templates, packaging or marketing assets within your established visual language. Brand refresh projects with partial rebuilds are scoped on a case-by-case basis.
