Starter and Platinum use AI-generated photography combined with advanced editing — no physical shipping required, faster turnaround, suitable for most product categories. Elite includes physical product photography in-studio; you ship the product to our team for a professional shoot.
What deliverables do I get?
All tiers include a complete 7-image listing set — white background main image, lifestyle images and listing optimization visuals. Platinum and Elite add 5 A+ Content graphics. Elite also includes physical photography assets and premium infographics. Everything delivered marketplace-ready.
Do you meet Amazon's image requirements?
Yes — every main image is delivered at 1000x1000px minimum on pure white background (RGB 255,255,255), sRGB colour space, JPEG format, with the product occupying at least 85% of the frame. All requirements for Amazon's main image policy are met automatically.
Will the AI-generated photography look realistic?
Yes — modern AI photography combined with our advanced editing produces results that are indistinguishable from physical photography for most product categories. The trade-off is faster turnaround, lower cost and full creative control over scenes that would be expensive to stage physically.
When should I choose physical photography over AI?
Choose Elite (physical) when: your product has complex materials or finishes that need real lighting, the brand demands premium realism, or you need unique creative scenes for ads and campaigns. Choose Starter or Platinum (AI) when speed, cost or volume are higher priorities.
Do you create images for Walmart listings too?
Yes. All packages include Amazon and Walmart listing image specs. Walmart has slightly different image requirements which we handle automatically — main image, secondary images, lifestyle and infographic content sized and formatted to Walmart's standards.
How long does a project take?
Starter (AI): 5-7 business days. Platinum (AI + A+ Content): 7-10 business days. Elite (physical shoot): 10-14 business days from product receipt, plus 3-5 days shipping in each direction. Concept revisions are completed within 24-48 hours.
How many revisions are included?
Starter: 2 revision rounds. Platinum: 3 revision rounds plus concept revisions. Elite: unlimited during editing phase. Major creative direction changes after concept approval are quoted as additional rounds to keep timelines and budgets predictable.
