How long does Walmart approval take?
2-6 weeks typical from clean application submission. Some applications get approved in days, others stall for months waiting for additional verification. Pre-checked documents and a strong business narrative are the biggest factors in fast approval — both included in our setup process.
Can non-US residents sell on Walmart?
Yes — but you need a US business entity (LLC or Corp), US tax ID, US bank account and a US business address. Walmart does not currently support direct foreign entity registration. Elite includes full business formation if you do not have a US entity yet.
What are common rejection reasons?

What if my application is rejected?

Do I need a registered trademark to sell on Walmart?
No — unlike Amazon Brand Registry, a trademark is not required to sell on Walmart. However, Walmart Brand Portal (their brand-protection programme) does require trademark registration. We can coordinate trademark filing through our Trademark Registration service if you plan to enroll in Brand Portal.
Why is pricing custom?
