How much capital do I really need to start Amazon Wholesale FBA?

Wholesale success depends heavily on available capital, replenishment capability and long-term scaling strategy — so we always plan around sustainable margins and inventory turnover, not high-risk single bets.
Who pays for inventory and distributor purchases — you or me?
You do, directly. All distributor payments and brand purchases are made by the client — the inventory is yours, the supplier relationship is yours, and the capital stays in your hands at all times. Our role is sourcing, vetting, opportunity research and account management, not holding your money.
What ROI per SKU do you target — and is that realistic?
We screen every opportunity for a 15–20% target ROI. That is the realistic, sustainable range for wholesale FBA on authorised channels — anything well above this is usually short-lived, gated risk or counterfeit territory. We prioritise SKUs that compound over months, not one-off arbitrage spikes.
How does brand approval and ungating actually work?
We assist with the complete ungating preparation: invoices, supporting documentation and Amazon-ready evidence. You submit the final documents through your own Amazon Seller Central account. Starter clients get access to one authorised distributor during onboarding; Platinum and Elite clients get access to up to three. Elite adds active brand-direct outreach.
What if a distributor or brand denies my account?
Denials happen — that is wholesale. When a distributor denies an application, we move to the next vetted option in our network. For direct brand opportunities (Elite tier), we evaluate brand readiness against the client's investment capacity before outreach, so we are pursuing brands where you have a real chance, not spraying applications.
What if no profitable products come up in a given month?
Our research runs continuously across Keepa, SellerAmp, SmartScout and Helium 10, so dry months are rare. Active clients typically receive around 10 profitable opportunities a month depending on plan and market conditions. Every opportunity is manually vetted and discussed with you before any purchase is made — we will never push you to buy just to hit a number.
Do you offer Wholesale FBA for the UK, EU or UAE marketplaces?
Not currently. Our Wholesale FBA service is focused exclusively on Amazon USA, where we have the strongest distributor and brand network. If you are interested in Walmart Marketplace wholesale, we offer that separately under our Walmart Wholesale service.
Who owns the Amazon Seller account, distributor relationships and inventory?
You do — 100%, at all times. You retain full ownership of your Amazon Seller account, your distributor accounts, your brand relationships, your inventory and your supplier payments. We work as your operating partner inside the systems you own. You can pause, take everything in-house or move agencies at any point.
