Do you upload my products?
Yes. All tiers include product uploads — titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing, inventory and SEO metadata. Starter covers up to 20 products; Platinum up to 50; Elite is unlimited. Bulk product imports via CSV are handled efficiently for larger catalogues.
What apps and integrations do you set up?
Standard integrations — reviews (Judge.me, Loox), email capture (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), upsells, subscriptions, shipping calculators and accounting. We curate apps based on what earns its monthly fee. Elite includes advanced integrations like 3PL fulfilment, custom backends and headless commerce setups.
Is SEO included?
Basic SEO setup is included on Elite — product schema, meta tags, sitemap, image alt text and Core Web Vitals optimization. For active SEO growth (keyword targeting, link building, content) you would add our dedicated SEO service. A well-optimized Shopify store launches ranking-ready.
How do you handle payment gateway setup?
We configure Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay during setup. For international stores we configure multi-currency and region-specific gateways. You retain full account ownership and direct payouts to your bank — we never hold any funds.
How long does store launch take?
Starter stores: 7-10 business days. Platinum custom-branded stores: 2-3 weeks. Elite fully custom stores with 3D intro: 4-6 weeks. Timelines assume product information, brand assets and image content are ready — delays in content delivery are the most common cause of project slippage.
Can I manage the store myself after launch?
Absolutely. Shopify is built for self-management. We hand over a clean store with documentation on adding products, managing orders, running discounts and updating content. For brands that prefer ongoing support, we offer maintenance retainers for updates, design tweaks and CRO testing.
Do you migrate stores from other platforms?
Yes. Migrations from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Wix are handled as part of Platinum and Elite scopes. We migrate products, customer data, orders and redirect old URLs to preserve SEO equity. Migration complexity affects final scope and timeline.
